The great land of Elko....

This past week I was in Elko, NV for work. The corporate office for my company is there and we had our annual training. The motivational speaker was from Australia. She said that she believed that American's were too serious and stressed. So to prove we could be just as insane as any Aussie we danced, talked with finger puppets and laughed hysterically.

Cinda, one of my managers and Simeon, my hero of a maintenance man got their 2 year awards.

Cinda and I have a tradition of randomly deciding it is someones birthday. We got her maintenace man on this trip. We got the whole table to sing him happy birthday. He was too shy and blushing too much to correct us. But he did get a free meal out of it!

When we weren't singing happy birthday or training we were trying to keep the guys out of the legal brothels. (Yes, that sign really does say "dancing and diddling"!) hilarious.

On our way home we ran out of gas in an area so remote Onstar didn't even work. Luckily we had Simeon with us. He was able to flash a little leg and get a ride to a gas station.

That is so funny of him flashing his leg. Looks like a fun time.
