We love missionaries....

At least one time a month we try to have the missionaries over to our house for dinner. One night we tried something different because they probably get tired of having the same thing over and over. I made them Chinese food and they loved it. So that night we decided we were going to do an around the world theme. The next visit we did Mexico with Carne Asada.
In honor of Elder Gruwell we did 'Creole night' next and had Red Beans and Rice. It turned out his new companion didn't like spicy food. Since I also cooked the corn on the cob and potatoes in crab boil, that left him nothing but salad to eat. We let him pick our next dinner appointment destination. In honor of his home town we did 'Chicago night'. We had Chicago style hot dog with the works and Chicago style pizza.

Next time...we are going to the Rio Grande!!! (You will have to guess what food that is)

My boys love the missionaries, Ben thinks they come over just to play with him. This is a picture Zach drew for them on their last visit.

I don't know which Elder is suppose to be Elder Zombe and which is Elder Pumkin...but that Elder Bat is dedicated. That Book of 'Mormen' has got to be twice his body weight!

My favorite part is that the elder's head are floating!

Those missionaries really are great sports. They played light sabers with my kids for a good half hour!!
